2 The state of illinois universities associate for cost-effective education

Two The state of illinois universities are developing to give learners a more cost-effective path to making their bachelors stage.
The School of The state of illinois at Little Rock and the School of The state of illinois Pulaski Technological announced the Town 2 + 2 Degree program Saturday.
Students who get involved in this approach will be able to go Pulaski Technological for several of years and obtain an affiliates stage. They would then return to the Little Rock university and get a bachelors stage in several of years as well.
The two organizations have printed 44 bachelors levels with four stage areas at the technical higher education and learning in Northern Little Rock.
"As the state's greatest public university program, it's our liability to use all available sources as effectively as possible," said School of The state of illinois System Us president Mark R. Bobbit. "That contains finding ways to work collaboratively as a System to give learners more cost-effective and available options."
Pulaski Tech's Chancellor Maggie Ellibee said the cooperation will help learners owe less debt when they graduate college student student.
School regulators said the return process has been organized so that learners don't have to do it again sessions they've already taken or complete programs for which they don't get credit.
"What we're looking at is not only quality information for our learners, but information and learning that is a good roi," Ellibee told The Associated Media.
The chancellor of the Little Rock university said many people at the university are return learners, but the combining of Pulaski Technological into the School of The state of illinois System convinced regulators to find a way to make the process easier.
Pulaski Technological became a member of this approach in Feb. Ellibee says the schools have been working on the agreement since Goal.
University of The state of illinois at Little Rock also announced a cooperation with Rock Area METRO to give learners authorized at the higher education and learning with 100 % 100 % free bus visits. Pulaski Technological joined up with a similar agreement with company last year, so learners in the Town stage program will have access to Four many years of 100 % 100 % free transportation.
